Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. All items are final sale.
When you make a purchase, we donate 10 hot and nutritious meals to someone in need.
Our store only offers refunds for damaged goods or missing parcels.
Drop us an email at email@example.com with an attached image of the broken or defective product (if applicable) and your order number. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after investigating the issue.
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
